Technical advice provided by RBSi is based on information supplied by the customer. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect system performance or product suitability.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we aim to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur relating to:

  • Pricing

  • Stock levels

  • Technical specifications

RBSi reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders where necessary.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Due to the technical and specialist nature of many products:

  • Installed or commissioned items are generally non-returnable

  • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return

  • Fault diagnosis may require technical inspection

7. Warranty & Liability

Products supplied by RBSi may include manufacturer warranties subject to:

  • Proper commissioning

  • Compliance with manufacturer instructions

  • Appropriate maintenance and servicing

RBSi shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect installation by third parties

  • System design errors outside our scope

  • Misuse of products

  • Loss of earnings

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied.

No heating system survives bad installation. Even Formula 1 engines look terrible when filled with garden hose water and hope.

8. Technical Information

Technical drawings, heat loss calculations, and design assistance are provided for guidance purposes.

Final responsibility for:

  • Installation compliance

  • Building regulations

  • Electrical compliance

  • Plumbing standards

  • System suitability

rests with the installer, engineer, contractor, and/or project design team.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website:

  • To transmit malicious software

  • To infringe intellectual property rights
